What's Covered

Material defects in the aluminum mesh — cracks, stress fractures, uneven forming — and finish defects in the Cerakote application — drips, bare spots, incomplete coverage — for the lifetime of the product.

What's Not Covered

Damage from impact, road debris, or use — including dents. A dented screen did its job: it protected your headlight. Dents are not a defect. They're evidence that the product worked.

How to Make a Claim

Email us with photos and your order number. No bots, no call center — you'll hear back from AJ or Christian directly, usually within one business day.

Made-to-Order & Queue Orders

If you cancel before your unit goes into production: full refund, no questions.

If you cancel after production starts: full refund, or 15% off your next order — your choice.

If we miss a stated shipping window: same choice — full refund or 15% off. We'll tell you proactively if a timeline slips. You won't have to chase us.
