ord gave the Bronco a single round 7" sealed beam on day one in '66, and never touched it — not through the Roadster, not the Half Cab, not the Wagon, not across eleven straight model years. In 1978 the truck went full-size and the lights went square with it. That's the line for us: before there was a big Bronco, there was a round one.

Not Your Average Headlight Cover

Most headlight accessories for old Broncos are plastic covers or chrome cages that change the look of your front end without adding anything real. Ours are different.

Every screen is hand-pressed from aluminum hex mesh, Cerakote-finished, and formed to fit between your lens and your factory bezel — exactly where Ford left the room. No hardware. No drilling. No rattles. Pull it off in ten minutes if you want it stock again.
